ADRIAN FRANO
/ Founder, President
Adrian Frano got his start in the ICI air systems industry in 2005 and established a reputation for his strong work ethic and commitment to completing every job by the book, with no shortcuts. In 2016, Adrian established Elements Air Systems with a vision to become the GTA’s first choice in HVAC solutions by combining his high service standards with a genuine commitment to providing the best possible value for dollar. Recognizing a need in the ICI construction industry for a greater range of integrated services, Adrian launched Elements’ plumbing and sheet metal divisions in 2022. In becoming a single, reliable source for expert mechanical solutions, clients can enjoy even greater value for money, simplified coordination of trades and reduced timelines needed to complete all the work.
JORDAN FRANO
/ Director of Project Management
Jordan Frano leads our project management division. Jordan has over a decade of experience in project management and construction, and a proven reputation in continuously seeing our projects through to successful completion. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from University of Ontario and is a licensed Professional Engineer with Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). Jordan specializes in large-scale projects over $10M in contract value, and is highly regarded for his commitment to driving efficiencies and innovating cost-effective solutions for our clients.
JOHN BOMBINO
/ Plumbing Operations Supervisor
John Bombino got his start in commercial plumbing in Canada in 1988 and has occupied the role of foreman since 2006. John is a proven team leader with excellent communication and management skills, and is depended on time and again for planning and organizing projects of any size and level of complexity. He has a knack for working with his team members to troubleshoot issues and is highly skilled at reading blueprints. A genuine people-person, John enjoys liaising with clients and providing exceptional-quality service.
ROWAN CAINE
/ Sheetmetal Operations Supervisor
Rowan Caine is a licensed sheet metal installer with over 25 years of experience and has supervised projects of all sizes for the last 20 years. Rowan is passionate about sharing his deep knowledge of construction practices with the next generation of skilled trades, and can often be seen on the jobsite making time to train, mentor and provide knowledgeable advice. With the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, the dedication to meet short-term and long-term targets and the vision required to identify workflow issues and innovate solutions, Rowan is a major asset to Elements Mechanical Group.
